History: Captain of the confederate starship excelsior, neros first mission when he was seven he was individualy bred as an artificial grunt for the confederate army, as a bio-unit, but after time, he earned himself his organs.
the excelsior was blown into bits and nero was forced to find a job, he had little school skills, although highly intellegent in war strategy and piloting, he became a private assasin using only a flechette shotgun and a beam sniper rifle, four years after he got his assasin title, he dissapeared off of the governments humanoid files. he seeks a way to repay the war he lost against the seperatists years ago. he tryed to build a portal through time, but got dangerously confused in time and got stuck in a strage time and place. he never had any family nor friends and although he is mostly human, the only artificial things he has is his left eye, spinal cord, his liver and his heart.
Likes: having a life of adventure, LEMON ANYTHING, and racing
Dislikes: having to look at his previous medals, the seperatists, and annoying children (younger than him)
Other information: always carrys a small pistol for protection.
Dont piss him off, he will shoot you at a drop of a hat if you have no use to him

he is a demon, otherly known as a dimension traveler, this AI robot is supposed to make sure that time criminals, (that he calls TiCI's) dont screw up anything in time that may lead to disaster:, but his last encounter with Ren var, a crimelord, left him unable to jump. (time travel)

Dislikes: not having emotions, knowing too much about things, he believes in the phrase, "Ignorance is bliss"

other information: usualy hard to catch with his cloaking device, he can change into anything and change his voice, he knows every language, ever. he is extremely fast to learn and adapt, he has learned many types of martial arts.
